Alfonso Guerra
Alfonso Guerra González (May 31st 1940 -) is a Spanish politician born with Seville within an large family and modest. It is graduate in Hispanic philology and technical and industrial engineer.
Political career
Militant of PSOE since his youth (in clandestinity), it enters the management of the party in 1970. He is secretary charged with the press in 1975 and charged to organize the 27th Congress of the PSOE, during which he was indicated secretary with the organization and later assistant general secretary of the party.
He elected is appointed during the different legislative ones as from 1977 and is named vice-president of the government of Felipe González Márquez (PSOE) in December 1982, function which he assumes until January 1991.
At present, it chairs the foundation Pablo Iglesias and the Constitutional Commission of the Parliament.
Its role in the drafting of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 was fundamental to obtain a consensus. In 1982, the victory of the legislative PSOE to the elections is partly due to its good organization of the party.
