Alfonso Gagliano
Alfonso Gagliano (born the January 25th, 1942) is a Canadian lawyer and a politician of the Liberal party. Recently it is better known for its role pled with the Scandale of the mixed liability companies.
It was born in Siculiana, in Italy. Its political career started in 1977 with Montreal, and in 1984, it ran for the Parliament and demolishing a popular candidate progressist-conservative. As 1997 with 2002 it was used in various roles, including/understanding the minister of work, the chief of Chambre deputy and the minister responsible for Communication Canada, Postes Canada, the Canadian Société of mortgage and housing, the Canadian royal Monnaie, and the Real estate company of Canada. Its more discussed positions were as Minister for the public Travaux and political Minister for the Quebec.
Gagliano is also old Ambassadeur of Canada to the Kingdom of the Denmark. It was isolated of this position the February 10th 2004 by the Prime Minister Paul Martin, among the widespread speculation which it was actively implied in the Scandale of the mixed liability companies during his role as public Minister for Labor.
The May 27th 2004, Gagliano classified a lawsuit against the Martin Prime Minister and the Canadian government. The lawsuit shows them to tackle the reputation of Gagliano deliberately and pleads that they congédié it illegally. He asks a compensation for the unjustified reference, the damage with his reputation and the lost income.
