Alfa Romeo 145
The first Alfa Romeo 145 were driven by the mythical engine boxer (4 cylinders flat) (1.3 - 1.7l), known for its so particular sonority. Thereafter, the latter were replaced by the engines TwinSpark 16V with dual ignition and variable admission, of a remarkable sonority also. Various cubic capacities of this engine gasoline (1.4 - 1.6; 1.8 - 2.0 with variable admission) develop between 103 and 155 horses (76 to 114 kw). A Diesel engine of 1.9 (90 ch) was also available.
Side frame, the 145 is based on the platform of FIAT Tipo (also divided by the Alfa Romeo 155 as well as the binoculars FIAT Cheer /Brava and Lancia Delta 2), from where a high weight (up to 1.315 kg) with the detriment of the total performances. Those are nevertheless honourable, especially for the sporting versions.
During the year 1998, the completion was improved and the reorganized interior. Thereafter, in 1999, the Pare-chocs were redrawn, thus giving him a rounder form. Technically, the vehicle was also improved (Airbag S side and distributer of braking in particular). It should be noted that to start from there, the interior is equipped with a chromium key (hooping of the meters and aerators) and the diesel engines with new generation JTD (105 ch) made their appearance.
