Alexis Vagny , born with Châlons-sur-Marne on January 9th, 1821, deceased downtown same on November 15th, 1888.

Knight of the Legion of honor, architect honorary of the town of Châlons, architect diocesan and of the government to the Technical school, honorary president of the Company of the Architects of the Marne, captain honorary of the firemen, regular member of the Company of agriculture, trades, sciences and arts of the Marne, former president of the Mutual aid association, member of the Council of district, former president of the Commission of the civil buildings, member of the central office of burnt of the Marne.
