Alexandru V Iliaş is prince de Valachie 1616 with 1618 then of 1627 with 1629 and prince de Moldavie 1620 with 1621 and 1631 with 1633.

He was the son of Ilie, or Iliaş, him even wire of Alexandru {{IV}} Lăpusneanu, prince de Moldavie. His/her father was named prince of valachie in in March 1591 but it could not be essential vis-a-vis Radu.

Alexandru V is named by Turkish prince de Valachie of September 1616 at November 1627 then of October 1629 with the September 10th 1620.

He was also prince de Moldavie under the name of Alexandru Ilie of the September 10th 1620 at October 1621 and of December 1631 at April 1633 he died the same year.

Of an unknown wife it left two wire:

• Radu {{XI}} Iliaş, prince de Valachie;

• Ilie {{III}} Alexandru prince de Moldavie.
