Alexandre Rauzy
Alexandre Rauzy is a French politician born the January 14th 1901 with Albi and deceased the April 2nd 1977 with Foix.
Member of the French Section of the International worker, Alexandre Rauzy belongs to those which rebuild the party in Ariège after the Congrès of Turns. Of pacifist sensitivity, it is a personal friend of the general secretary of the party Paul Faure.
Having voted in favor of the given of the full powerss to the Marshal Pétain in July 1940, Paul Rives engages in collaboration, writing in particular in the newspaper socialist France , publication published by former members of the SFIO rejoined with the new mode.
Alexandre Rauzy is excluded from the SFIO in 1945. He then takes part in the creation of the democratic Socialist party, structure gathering of “purified” Socialists SFIO. He does not find a national political mandate and dies in 1967.
