Alexandre Mikhailovich Gorchakov

Prince Alexandre Mikhailovich Gorchakov (1798-1883) was a Russian statesman, family member princely Gorchakov. Chancellor of the Russian Empire under the tsar Alexandre II, it had the reputation to be one of the most respected most influential diplomats and XIXe.
