Alexandre Alexandrovitch Bestoujev [[Cyrillic] АлександрАлександровичБесту́жев] is a Russian author born in 1795 and died in 1837.

It entered in 1825 the conspiracy decabrist against the emperor Nicolas Ier of Russia, and was exiled in Siberia, then enlisted in the army of the the Caucasus where it was killed in 1837. It was made known as novelist: he especially excels describing the life of the soldier.
