Alex-Casimir Dosseh is a musician Togo alluvium. He is the author of the National anthem of the Togo Ground of our aïeux .

Born on April 16th 1923 with Vogan, Alex-Casimir Dosseh had made universities of music in Europe. Ground of our aïeux had been retained, following a national competition launched the day before the independence of the Togo. It was decorated knight of about Mono on April 27th 2006 at the time of the 46e birthday with the independence of the Togo.

He dies on Monday, March 12 2007 at the 84 years age.
