Aleurone
The aleurone (term coming from the Greek aleuron , flour) is a Protéine present in the forms of grains in the Endosperme many Graine S. It forms the external base of the Tégument of some Graine S. At the time of the Germination, the Hydrolyze of seed causes the disintegration of the grains of aleurone in amino-acid. Stimulated by the hormones produced by the Embryo, aleurone synthesizes enzymes which allow the dissociation of the Amidon of the sugar endosperme necessary to the growth of the roots and the gemmule.
Aleurone can be presented under two morphological aspects: homogeneous and heterogeneous. Homogeneous aleurone consists of similar proteins (for example at Phaseolus vulgaris ) while heterogeneous aleurone is made up the various shapes and types of proteins covered with a membrane (for example at Ricinus communis ).
