Doctor of Vérone which exerted at the beginning of the 17th century, he is the author of a curious work where he develops cold drinks lengthily, with sometimes of the very personal divagations.

The preliminary layers contain a great number of poems néo-Latin, Greeks and Italian addressed to the author by various friendly poets: Leonardo Todeschi, Lorenzo Fontana, Francesco Rambaldi, Ottavio Brenzoni, Francesco Gratioli, Grown Adriano, Marco Locatelli. One of the extendible tables presents very odd correspondences between the cut water wine (various proportionings), the harmonic ratios of alcoholic proportionings and the music, the whole accompanied by Greek proverbs.
