Aleksei Petrovich Bestoujev-Rioumine

The count Aleksei Petrovich Bestoujev-Rioumine ( Алексе́йПетро́вичБесту́жев-Рю́мин ) (June 1st 1693, Moscow - April 21st 1768) was a chancellor of Russia and a Russian senator.

It was charged with several embassies in England, Sweden, etc, by Pierre Ier of Russia and stuck to Biren, became chancellor under Elisabeth Ire of Russia, (1741), negotiated the Paix of Åbo, reversed the favorite Armand Lestocq, was exiled in 1758 under the inculpation of treason, supported this unjust disgrace noblement and returned in favor under Catherine II.
