Aldine Safi Ardabili
Aldine Safi Ardabili (1252-1334) is the founder of the brotherhood Safavieh, from which result the Safavides which reigned on Iran at the 16th century and 17th century. Its name indicates that it is originating in the town of Ardabil.
Sheik Aldine Safi was very influential in Azerbaïdjan and also on Rachideddin, the top dog of Oldjaytu, the small son of Houlagou Khan. He is the author of a lost book, written in Turkish, Kara medjmua (littéralament “the black book”).
