Alblas
The Alblas is a river in the province Dutchwoman of the Holland-Southerner. It is a Affluent Noord.
Alblas runs in the Alblasserwaard. In its higher course, Alblas is called Graafstroom , whose name was used to baptize the commune of Graafstroom. In the west of Bleskensgraaf the river changes name and becomes Alblas . In the west of the village of Oud-Alblas, the river makes a large curve towards north then towards the south. This curve is shortened by the Nauwe Alblas ( narrow Alblas ), small river from hardly 1 km length.
Alblas passes to the south of Alblasserdam, then is thrown in the Noord.
