Alberto Vargas (1896, Peru - 1982, the United States) was a Dessinateur recognized for his Pin-up. He is especially known for his work made, over one 16 years period, on behalf of the Magazine Playboy , during the Années 1960 and 1970.

Biography

Born with the Peru, Joaquin Alberto Vargas Chavez is established there with the the United States in 1916.

The magazine Esquire published several of its illustrations.

It designed the small pocket of the album Candy-O for the musical group The Cars.
