Alberto R. Gonzales (born on August 4th, 1955 with San Antonio (Texas) is an American lawyer and the 80e '' Attorney General '' of the United States, under the presidency of Georges W. Bush. Gonzales was also the legal adviser of Georges W. Bush when he was governor of Texas, then Secretary of State (Texas), then member of the Supreme court of Texas. From 2001 to 2005, Gonzales served the Bush administration as an adviser of the White House.
Because of several controversies and allegations of perjuries in front of the Congress, Gonzales announced on August 27th, 2007 its resignation of the station of Attorney General , which will be effective on September 17th, 2007.
Biography
Born the August 5th 1955 with San Antonio with the Texas, junior by a family of 8 children, Alberto Gonzales was high with Houston. His/her parents were Mexican immigrants and his father, Pablo Gonzales, died in 1982, a workman of the building.
