Alberto Alesina

Alberto Alesina is a Italian economist . He teaches with the Université Harvard, of which he is also director of the department of economy. Its main subjects of study carry on macroeconomic comparisons between the Europe and the the United States, the monetary unions, and the determinants of the growth, as the size of a country or the electoral calendar.

It is leader-writer for Stampa (2003-2005), for the daily newspaper It Plate 24 Ore since 2005, for LaVoce.info and Voxeu.org.
