Albert Vandal
Albert, count Vandal , born with Paris the July 7th 1853 and died in Paris the August 30th 1910, is a French historian and writer.
Wire of the count Edouard Vandal, he is doctor in right and diplomatic professor of history to the Private school of political sciences. He takes part in work of the Council of State. Following the passage of the law on the Separation of the Church and the State in 1905, it writes to the pope to require of him to accept lately formed pertaining to worship associations.
Knight of the Legion of honor, it is elected member of the French Academy in 1896.
