Albert Mutombo
Albert Mutombo is the Maire of the town of Tshikapa in the province of the Kasaï-Westerner in Democratic republic of Congo since the November 16th 2005.
A Decree of the November 15th 2005 of Preśident of the Republic, Joseph Kabila, made it replace Hubert Mbingho in the role of mayor of Tshikapa.
