Albert Moigne

Albert Moigne , born on July 19th, 1849 with Cherbourg, and dead on March 14th, 1930 with Éculleville, is a French politician.

He is elected with the National Assembly in 1895,1898 and 1902, and is beaten in 1906 by Albert Mahieu, mayor of Cherbourg.

After the First World War, it finds the benches of the Parliament in 1919 and 1924, where it sits with the Républicains of left.

Mayor of Éculleville, he was also general adviser of the English Channel, and chaired the departmental assembly.
