Albert Levy is militant French of the human rights born in 1923 with Aurillac. He was General secretary of the Mouvement against racism and for the friendship between the people between 1971 and 1989.
Voluntary combatant of Resistance to Lyon, it takes part in particular in the action of the National movement against Racism (MNCR).
Initially journalist with the daily newspaper Humanity , he was successively writer, editor association and Directeur of Droit and Liberté then Directeur of Différences . He is the author of booklets of MRAP. He took part in the collective work France and apartheid (Harmattan), and prefaced several books of the editions Droit and Liberté .
He is general secretary of the MRAP of 1971 to 1989. Member of the Presidency of the MRAP of 1989 to 1991, it is since member of the committee of honor of the MRAP. He was also former president, is currently honorary president of Association for the re-examination of the Affaire Rosenberg.
