Biography
prince Albert Grimaldi (Albert, Alexandre, Louis, Pierre Grimaldi) is born the March 14th 1958 with the Palais from Monaco from the prince Rainier III from Monaco and from the princess Grâce from Monaco (of American origin , born Grace Kelly). It has an older sister the Caroline princess of Monaco (princess of Hanover by marriage with the prince Ernest-Auguste of Hanover) and a younger sister the Stéphanie princess by Monaco. It has for godfather the prince Louis de Polignac and as a godmother the queen Victoria-Eugenie of Spain
Albert of Monaco makes his secondary studies with the college Albert I {{er}} of Monaco and passes his baccalaureat in June 1976.
He carries out then a formation of raise-officer to the French Naval college on board the Porte-hélicoptères Jeanne d' Arc as a Enseigne of vessel of second class of the tallies of reserve of the French Marine.

It created the Fédération Monegasque of Bobsleigh, Luge and Skeleton of which he is president

During the admission of the principality of Monaco to UNO in 1993, his/her father appoints it president of the delegation Monegasque to the General meeting of the United Nations, organized each year in September with New York. Prince Albert is also member of honor of the International institute of Humanitarian right and Honorary doctor in Philosophie of the National university of Ireland de Maynooth in Ireland
Since the end of the Years 1980 beginning of the Years 1990, Prince Rainier III entrusted a progressive role to him growing in the administration and the life of the Principality of Monaco with a culminating point the October 5th 2004 where Albert represents Monaco at the time of the ceremony of adhesion of the principality to the the Council of Europe.

The Climate changes, the Biodiversity and the Eau will be the three fields of action of this foundation. Concretely, the first projects of the Albert II de Monaco Foundation should take shape with the beginning of the year 2007.
Private life and hereditary succession
On the plan of his private life, the prince Albert II officially recognized the paternity of two illegitimate children
- Jazmin Grâce Rotolo, born in 1992 with Palm Springs in California to the the United States, of a relation the summer 1991 with Tamara Rotolo, waitress Californian on vacation on the Riviera with her husband.
- Alexandre Coste, born the August 24th 2003 with Paris of a relation with Nicole Coste, Airline hostess of Togolese origin
