Albert Forcinal
Albert Forcinal , born on May 11th, 1887 with Gisors (the Eure) and deceased on November 1st, 1976 with the same place, is a French politician.
Biography
War veteran of the First World War, where it is wounded with the Bataille of the Marne, it obtains nine quotations, then is made officer of the Légion of honor on the battle field in 1918.After the war, it enters in policy. Become appointed the Eure, it becomes very close to its neighbor Pierre Mendès France when this one becomes in its appointed turn of the department in 1932. It becomes resistant during the Second world war and is off-set with Buchenwald in 1943. In the Release, it takes part in the creation of the National federation of the deportees and resistant internees and patriots. In 1947, it briefly enters to the government.
