Albert Dovecar

Albert Dovecar born the July 19th 1937 with Tuzno (Croatia) in the ex- Yugoslavia, was Sergent with the 1st regiment foreign parachutists (R.E.P) of the Foreign legion and is shot with the Fort Hole-in Enfer with Marly-the-King (Yvelines) the June 7th 1962.

Biography

Albert Dovecar grows in Austria, then will join the France where it will engage with the 1st foreign regiment parachutists of Marseilles. Albert Dovecar, engages with the Foreign legion under the name of Paul Dodevar, (name of loan). He finds his patronym at the same time as his nomination with the rank of Sergeant. Holder of three quotations. The FIT left the commandos Delta of the secret Organization armed (O.A.S.) under the orders with Lieutenant Roger Degueldre during the War with Algeria. Chief of the commando Delta 1 it took part with Claude Piegts in the assassination of the central police chief of Algiers Roger Gavoury (May 1961). Judged and condemned to died by French justice (at one time when the capital punishment had not been abolished yet) and shot the June 7th 1962 to the Fort of Hole-in Enfer in the forest, on the commune of Marly-the-King.
