  • Under-secretary of State to the Art schools from June 14th, 1914 to November 16th, 1917 in the governments Rene Viviani (1), Rene Viviani (2), Aristide Briand (5), Aristide Briand (6), Alexandre Ribot (5) and Paul Painlevé (1)

  • Minister for Labor and Social Welfare from June 3rd, 1932 to January 31st, 1933 in the governments Edouard Herriot (3) and Joseph Paul-Boncour
