Albert Christophle

Mr. Albert, Silas, Médéric, Charles CHRISTOPHLE , born with Domfront in 1830, was a Jurisconsulte and French Politician.

Lawyer with the Council of State and the Court of appeal in 1856, then named Prefect of the Flowering ash the September 4th 1870, it organizes defense in his department, but gives his resignation on December 28th because of the decree pronouncing the dissolution of the general advices and charging the prefects with establishing departmental commissions. He is elected appointed Flowering ash with the National Assembly in 1871, and sits at the center-left. Re-elected in 1876, it enters the cabinet Dufaure like Ministre of Public works.

He is again elected appointed on October 14th, 1877, is named governor of the Building and loan association of France in 1878, but fails at the time of the senatorial elections of 1882 and with legislative of 1885. He was also mayor of the commune of Tessé-the-Madeleine.

It is in 1886, under its impulse, that an allotment will be created in the middle of the Forêt of Andaine which will lead, after its death, with the creation of the commune of Motor-with-the Orne in 1913. It is in the middle of this same forest, that Albert Christophle had the castle of the Ford-with-Hinds besides.

He is the author of a Traité public works (1862), of an municipal election in 1738 (1874), of the Rupture. Tell In Worms (1904) as well as many articles published in the Assessment of jurisprudence and the Press .
