Alan J. Pakula

Alan J. Pakula is a producer and American Réalisateur born the April 7th 1928 with New York, and deceased the November 19th 1998 in New York also.

Biography

After studies at the university of Yale, he is director of theater. It arrives at Hollywood in 1949 and becomes producer of films of Robert Mulligan between 1957 and 1969, among which " Silence and of Ombres" and " Certain Rencontre".

Pakula makes its beginnings like realizer with Pookie and is made known with Klute , excel police film whose photography is signed Gordon Willis and where Jane Fonda was a Call-girl with the catches with a dangerous assassin.
