Alain Vogin

Alain Vogin (born the November 15th 1970 with Montreal in the province of the Quebec with the Canada) is a former professional player of Hockey. He is currently the trainer of the team of the Dragons of Rouen in the league French Élite , the Ligue Magnus. He has the dual nationality free - Canadian.

Career in club

It begins its career of player in the Ligue of hockey major junior of Quebec in 1989 with the Laser of Saint-Hyacinthe. He plays however only one season in the LHJMQ. Thereafter, it joined the French Collège of Longueuil then the Université of Quebec with Three-Rivers.

He plays in France in the Magnus League with the team of the Ducs of Angers between 1996 and 2001 with an escapade in series has Italy in 1997. He then plays a season for the team of the ACE Mastini Varese Hockey.

In 2001, it joined the Dragons of Rouen Magnus League. It gains with them the Coupe Magnus in 2003 but puts an end to its career of player the following season.

International career

It represents the France at the time of the championship of the world 2001 like at the time of the qualifications for the Winter Olympics 2002. It will not make therefore part of the team which will represent France with Salt Lake City with.

Career of trainer

In 2006, it takes the continuation of Franck Pajonkowski and Guy Fournier as a trainer of the Dragons. The team finishes in the fourth place of the regular season but loses in semi-final of the eliminatory Séries against the Pingouins of Morzine. It is assisted of Arnaud Briand starting from the season 2007-08.
