Alain Marion
Alain Marion , born with Marseilles the December 25th 1938 and died in Seoul the August 16th 1998, is a Flûtiste French.
Biography
Alain Marion studied with the Conservatoire of Marseilles with Joseph Rampal, the father of Jean-Pierre Rampal then with the Conservatoire of Paris.In 1961, it gained the First Grand Prix with the international Concours of Geneva.
Alain Marion was one of large the Flûtiste S of years 60,70,80 and 90. He occupies the station of flute solo of several full orchestras, of which the Chamber orchestra of the ORTF, the Orchestre of Paris, the Ensemble Intercontemporain as well as National orchestra of France.
Parallel to its career of soloist, he was also professor with the prestigious Conservatoire of Paris and the international Academy of summer of Nice.
Several rumors want that it is deceased of sorrow, at the summer 1998, following the loss of its grandson, by drowning.
