Alain Le Vern

Alain Le Vern is Senator socialist of Seine-Maritime and president of the District council of High-Normandy.

He was born the May 8th 1948, with Portsall (Finistere), is married and has 2 children. He is graduate Teacher training school teachers of Rouen (1965 - 1969). He followed the occupation of teacher.
