Alain Hamer , born on December 10th, 1965 in Wadblillig is a referee Luxembourg of Football. He is an international referee of UEFA, indicated in 2007 in the list of the 24 Elite referees of the UEFA

In spite of his Luxembourg nationality, and under the terms of an agreement between the two federations, Alain Hamer referee regularly of the matches of the championship of France Leagues 1.

In 2004, Alain Hamer belonged to the referees selected to direct the matches of the Championnat of Europe of the nations to the Portugal
