Alain Dister

Alain Dister (born in 1941 -) is a journalist and photographer born with Lyon (the Rhone).

Essential information

Alain Dister is the author of many works concerning the rock'n'roll. He worked for the specialized magazine Rock & Folk . Its work, Oh hippie, days! , gives particularly well an account of America of the end of the year 60 (sexual release, drugs, psychedelic music, etc), which it has even lived him, with a key Beat Generation (prone on which it wrote a book besides).

Famous photographer, in particular known for his photographs of the world of the rock' roll and the United States of the years 1960, it exposes his works in various museums and galleries throughout the world.
