Alain Chénard
Alain Chenard was born the February 20th 1937 with Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). He was mayor of Nantes of 1977 with 1983 and for this reason, its principal realization was the reintroduction of the tram in the city.
He moreover was elected Député Socialiste of the Loire-Atlantique of 1978 with 1988.
