Al Kooper
Al Kooper (of its true name Alan Peter Kuperschmidt, born the February 5th 1944 with Brooklyn, New York, the United States) is a American Auteur-compositeur-interprète. He begins as Guitariste then passes then to the Claviers and becomes also producer.
He starts his career of professional guitarist as of the 14 years age and is the first success with his hit Short Shorts and The Royal Teens groups it. Producers notice it and ask him to become musician of studio. It learns how there to read and write the music, becoming a guide the most appreciated of. He thus on, in 1965, the occasion to take part in the recording of " Like has Rolling Stone Bob Dylan, piece for which he hoped to play of the guitar until he discovers that the group comprises already Mike Bloomfield as guitarist. He has then the idea to propose part of Orgue Hammond, instrument of which he had not played before.
