AlIreland Senior Championship Football

The All-Ireland Senior Football Championship (known also for reasons of sponsoring under name Bank off Ireland Football Championship is the principal competition of Football Gaelic played in Ireland. The championship is organized by GAA and proceeds during the summer months. The final takes place the third or fourth Saturday from September to Croke Park with Dublin. The bid price for this competition is the Coupe Sam Maguire.

All the Comtés take part in the competition what in fact a championship more open than the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. The dominant teams always came from the provinces of the Leinster and the Munster. Kerry GAA and Dublin GAA is the two more prestigious teams.
