Akpeteshie
The akpeteshie is a local gin with the Ghana, which is produced starting from fermented Palm wine or juice of fermented cane sugar. It is enough normally only to two metal boxes to manufacture it (two boxes of four gallons Kérosène are usually used for that). The standard alcohol level of the Akpeteshie nowadays is from 40 to 50%.
