Akira Miyoshi

Akira Miyoshi , born the January 10th 1933 with Tokyo, is a Compositeur Japan board.

It started to take lessons of Piano and composition as of the three years age. Thereafter, he studied the violin with Kozaburo Hirai. In 1951 it entered to the Department of French literature of the Université of Tokyo. Its Sonate gained the first price of the Contest of Japanese music in 1953, and its concerto for piano the Otaka price in 1954. It left in France in 1955 to study the composition with the Conservatoire of Paris with Henri Challan and Raymond Welshman-Montbrun, and was very influenced by Henri Dutilleux.

Returned in Japan in 1957, it continued its studies of various disciplines until in 1960, continuing to compose of many works which were worth to him the recognition in Japan and in the world.
