Akharavi
Akharavi (Greek: Αχαράβη ) is an old village of fishermen become tourist center located at the north of the island of Corfou (Greece), at a distance of approximately 40 km of Corfou-city.
This estival vacation resort developed along the coast on an extent and does not comprise real downtown area where historic sites to visit. One finds there primarily small hotels, apartments and houses of holidays thus of many coffees, restaurants, taverns and discotheques.
The 7 km relatively broad and long beach constitutes the principal attraction of Akharavi. The back country, undulating and green, in which the mountainous solid mass of the Mont Pantokrator (906 m) is located, is also interesting to visit.
