Ajo blanco
The ajo blanco is a cold Soupe made containing the ingredients the Berger S Andalusian in the hills had.
It is made up of Huile of olive, of Ail, Pain, Vinaigre of Sherry and almonds reduced out of powder. Its consistency is hardly thicker than that of the Gaspacho.
It exists in various alternatives according to the towns of Andalusia.
