Airport of Cape Skirring

The airport of Cape Skirring , with the Senegal (Denominations: code AITA: CSK, code ICAO: GOGS) is served by Air Senegal International and receives scheduled flights coming from Europe.

History

A first landing strip out of ground, for small planes, was built at the end of the Années 1960 by members of the Aero club of Ziguinchor.

The track was lengthened and concreted after the installation of the Club the Mediterranean in Cape Skirring in 1973.
