Air Malawi (code ICAO: AML, Code AITA QM) is the national Airline company Malawi.

Air Malawi Ltd, a company with a seat with Robins Road with Blantyre, Malawi was created by a law of the Parliament in 1967 following the dissolution of Central African Airways (CAA) which served the Rhodesia North and South. It was divided into Zambia Airways, Air Zimbabwe and Nyasaland (Air Malawi).

Its fleet was composed then of 2 Vickers Viscount, 1 Dakota DC3 and 1 Beechcraft Baron. Later, another DC-3 and 2 Hawker Siddley 748 were acquired in 1970. Its current fleet is composed of four apparatuses: a Boeing 737 -300 - registered 7Q-YKP, a ATR -42 and 2 Cessna Caravan.
