Ahmet II
Ahmet II (born the February 25th 1643 - February 6th 1695) was the 20th Othoman sultan who reigned of the June 22nd 1691 with the February 6th 1695.
Biography
Wire of the sultan Ibrahim I {{er}} and brother of Soliman II, it was drawn from the seraglio at 48 years, by the vizier Köprülü, to be placed on the throne.
Its reign was very unhappy: it lost the Bataille of Salankemen against the Imperial ones (1691), and was let remove by the Vénitiens the capital of the island of Chio.
