Ahmed Lakhrif
Ahmed Lakhrif was born in 1953 with Smara. He is the current Secretary of State d' near the Foreign Minister and the co-operation.

- It made its primary studies with Smara and secondaries with Laâyoune, is titular of a license in philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid in 1976.

Of 1976 to 1978, it exerted as a professor of Spanish language (second cycle) at the school " La Paz " concerned with the Spanish cultural mission with Laâyoune.

Of 1978 to 1986, it occupied the position of director of a school with Laâyoune before being named Regional delegate of the ministry for Tourism in the same city until 1997.

It was elected in 1983 vice-president of the municipal council of Laâyoune, posts that it occupies until now.

Member of the Room of the Advisers since 1997, he is also Member of the Commission of the foreign relations and defense and vice-president of the group of maroco-Spanish friendship within the same room.

He is also member of the advisory royal Conseil for the Saharan businesses (CORCAS) and Member of the Commission of the foreign relations within known as Conseil.

It took part, within several national delegations, with several meetings in many world capitals to defend the territorial integrity of the Kingdom.

He is also member of the National council and of the central committee of the Parti Istiqlal, occupied several stations at the local level, of which that of president of the provincial association of the social, cultural and sporting £uvres in the province of Laâyoune since 1996 and chairman of the board of Dar Al Mouatine (House of the citizen) of Laâyoune.

the October 15th 2007, it is named Secretary of State near the Foreign Minister and co-operation, under the government Abbas El Fassi.
