Agreement of cease-fire of Lusaka

The Accord of cease-fire of Lusaka is a signed agreement with Lusaka, in Zambia, the July 10th 1999 by the Angola, the Congo (Kinshasa), the Namibia, the Rwanda, the Uganda and the Zimbabwe. It was then signed by Jean-Pierre Bemba of the Liberation movement of Congo, the 1er August 1999, and by 50 founding members of the Congolese Rassemblement for the democracy, the August 31st 1999. The Organization of African Unity, UNO and the Communauté for the development of the Southern Africa were pilot. However, the cease-fire will never be applied: combat and massacres continue.
