Agreement of Mbudi
The agreement of Mbudi , social contract of Mbudi or the social contract of the innovation , is an agreement signed the February 12th 2004 with Mbudi, western suburbs of Kinshasa, between the Transition government of the Congo (Kinshasa), represented by the vice-president of the Republic Arthur Z' ahidi Ngoma and the trade union S of the Public administration and interprofessional.
The government had been committed paying with the usher 208 $US and to the general secretary of the Public administration 2.080 $US by respecting the tension from 1 to 10.
The application of this agreement was to be done on the three levels:
- 10.000 payable FC as from the month of April 2004
- 2/3 of the 208 $US in the month of June 2004
- the last 1/3 of the 208 $US in October 2004.
The transport allowances were to be to readjust according to the market trends. The trade unions were in return to observe the social truce.
