Agnes Moorehead

Agnes Moorehead , of her complete name Agnes Robertson Moorehead was a American Actrice , born the December 6th 1900 in Clinton, Massachusetts and deceased the April 30th 1974 with Rochester, Minnesota.

Actress experienced as well with the scene as with the screen, it is however especially known general public for her interpretation of Endora, the mother acariâtre of Samantha Stephens in the series My witch beloved (Bewitched). She was called " The Lavender Lady" because of its taste for the color violet.

Girl of Pasteur presbytérien of Irish origin, Agnes Moorehead is interested very early in the theater. After having obtained a diploma of literature, it makes its first appearances in Broadway, while following courses in American Academy off Dramatic Arts to New York. It also begins a prolific career with the radio, and takes part in the creation of Mercury Theater of Orson Welles.
