Aggregation of traditional letters

The aggregation of traditional Lettres is a at the same time external Concours and intern. In this last case, the candidate must choose the Latin Version with the writing and the explanation of a Greek text with the oral examination or the Greek Version with the writing and the explanation of a Latin text with the oral examination.

External contest

This contest comprises a program made up of six Auteur S French (one by Siècle, of the Moyen-âge at the 20th century), four Greek authors and four Latin authors.

N.B. : since the session 2007, the ancient authors are renewed only per half, i.e. two Greek authors and two Latin authors are with the program for two years.

The talks which follow each test of admission relate to the contents of the lesson or the explanation presented by the candidate. Of the two explanations which make the object of the fourth and fifth tests, only one, determined by drawing lot, relates to a registered text to the program.

The program of works is published each year with the Official Bulletin of State education .
