Agglomeration Orleans Loire Valley
the Agglomeration Orleans Loire Valley (frequently shortened AgglO ) is a French inter-commune structure , located in the department of the Loiret and the area Center.
History
- December 27th 2001: decree carrying the transformation into community of agglomeration and adoption of the new statutes
- December 30th 2000: adhesion of the communes of Bou and Chanteau
- February 7th 2000: transfer of the head office
- November 24th 1998: decree of creation of the community of communes of the agglomeration orléanaise
- August 3rd 1998: decree of perimeter
Composition
Competences
Exclusive competences were delegated to the Community Agglomeration by the representatives of common the members. Other competences are shared between AgglO and the communes.
