Agent of players
The agent of players or sporting agent is a person who, on a purely occasional or usual basis and subject to remuneration, puts in report/ratio the parts (players and clubs) interested in the conclusion of a remunerated contract of an sports activity (law n°2000-627) of July 6th, 2000) modified by the decree of November 2002. In France, to exert, the agent of players must be titular of a License, delivered directly by the Federations following a written examination.
