Aeromonas
The Aeromonas gathers Bactérie S of the class of the Gammaproteobacteria pertaining to the family of the Aeromonadaceae . They are Bacille S rights at round ends, with coccoïdes, coloring negative Gram, mobiles, optional anaerobe, chimioorgano-heterotrophic, positive Oxydase and positive Catalase.
The natural basin of the Aeromonas is Dulçaquicole: the bacterium is present in fresh water, the sewages, the sediments. Their multiplication is function of the Température, pH and the content of nutritive elements. The Aeromonas are present in many animals like the Sangsue S, the Grenouille S, the Poisson S, the Reptile S, the Oiseau X which can contaminate water and food. The presence of Aeromonas is announced in various food: oysters, moulds, shells, shrimps, poultries, meats, believed milk, ice creams and crudenesses, contaminated by the intestinal bearing of the animal or soiled water.

Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from fresh water and waste water, this bacterium is pahogene of the animals with cold blood (Serpent S, Poisson S) and of the Mammifère S. It is pathogenic opportunist at the Man causing infectious gastro-enteritises in particular.
- Aeromonas salmonicida is responsible for epidemic infection in aquiculture: the furonculose of salmons and trouts.
- Aeromonas caviae is isolated from the watery environment, waste water and fish. It can be pathogenic for the Man.
